Personality:
1) Tell us about who your character is and what someone’s first impression would be upon meeting them.
On first impression, Freminet is someone who is extremely shy. Compared to his older siblings, he would much rather be on the sidelines and let others do the talking for him. When the traveler first met him, he wanted them to talk to a shop owner instead as Freminet doesn’t know how to talk to others. This is also true based on how he talks as he speaks in a slow and low tone as if he’s always unsure of himself as he is usually worried how others might react to him. From this, it’s very clear on first impression that he lacks self confidence. He has stated how he often wonders if his mother would be disappointed in him since he’s so timid. This was also seen as he apologized for being late in delivering the final tablet to an important trial even though others told him otherwise. Due to his shy nature, his siblings would be the one to help him befriend others. This was seen as Lynette told Freminet to make more friends and helped him out in befriending Charlotte.
However, upon knowing him, Freminet’s shy nature still remains the same despite being a bit more relaxed. Even after befriending the traveler, he still has a hard time opening up to others. During his world quest, when he was caught blushing, he hid behind his helmet as he expressed himself. After one befriends him to his max level, he still had that same shy tone and kept being formal around the traveler.
2) What is the driving force your character has? What goals do they have, what motivates them, etc?
Freminet would do anything to protect the family that he has. Ever since he was young, his life was filled with misfortune as his mother would work jobs to pay off the debt that his father left them. To pay off the debt, Freminet joined in by fixing things for the purpose of making his mother happy. From this, the idea of protecting his family was already established. Even more so now that he joined the House of the Hearth. Knowing that his mother is gone, the only thing he has left is his adopted family. This is true that after he got his Vision, he swore an oath to protect it. This is shown time and time again that he would do whatever it takes to complete his missions for the sake of his adopted family. It is heavily implied that he is an assassin and goes on “clean up” duties for his family. He nearly risked his life to complete a mission for the sake of finding Childe and he went out of his way to make sure that he finds the first tablet for the trial.
Outside of his family, Freminet’s other goal is to bring happiness to others in his own way. Since he is someone who believes in miracles, he hopes that others would find it the same way he does. He has stated that he believes in fairy tales since it allows one to believe anything could happen despite the darkest of circumstances. This is true when he made a bunch of clockwork penguins in the hopes of bringing some sort of happiness to others. However, the most obvious example is when he was helping Zuria cope with Loneliness Syndrome. Despite his shy nature, he went out to help her as he wished for her to find the miracle of completing her son’s fairy tale fantasy. By aiding her in her request, he was completing his goal of helping her find her own miracle.
3) What are their flaws as a character? What is something they've messed up, or have done that they regret?
Freminet is always filled with self doubt. Despite his own accomplishments in life, he thinks he is never good enough. Since he grew up in a harsh environment from the previous director of the orphanage, he always thinks that things might be his fault. Despite how he fixes almost everything in the House of the Hearth, he always fears that eventually something will go wrong. On top of that, because of his self doubt, he wonders about his identity within the orphanage. He has stated that he wants to be closer to Lyney and Lynette despite that he could have if it weren’t for his perceived worries. While he is aware of this, he isn’t too sure how to overcome his own self doubts since he said that he didn’t want his mother to think of her son as timid.
Another flaw of Freminet is that he has trouble opening up to others. Since he works for the Fatui, it makes it difficult to truly befriend others outside of the orphanage. On top of his shy nature, he never makes his thoughts truly be heard as he doesn’t know who to trust. From the previous director who stated that he shouldn’t cry, it makes it even harder for him to be more expressive. Even then, he doesn’t really know how to be honest with those who he cares about such as his siblings and the traveler. While he is working on it, it will take him some time to be more honest to others.
4) Optional: What is something unique and interesting about them, or what is a fun little tidbit that sets them apart from the crowd?
He is very good machines and can fix anything. From making Pers, various clockwork penguins, and washing machines? He can do anything. I mean, Lynette keeps breaking things left and right. It’s a good thing he loves his family very much or else he would have a fit.

-Diving: He is an excellent diver and is well known for it. He would often go into the seas for missions and just for his own amusement should he feel like it. Due to his diving skills, he can hold his breath for long periods of time. With his Vision, he doesn't need his helmet to dive underwater.
-Repairman: He can fix just about anything regarding machines. Clockwork penguins, electrical grids, washing machines. You name it. Just ask Lynette.
-Fatui Training: He is a lot stronger than the average 14 year old. He can deal with spying, gathering information, etc. He can withstand various harsh conditions and can kill if he has to.
-Cryo Abilities: He has the ability to do various ice damage. With Pers by his side, he can do damage based on Pers timer. Depending on Pers Timer, he does heavy ice damage around his enemies and unleash various frost. He can use Flowing Eddies, Pressurized Floe, and Shadowhunter's Ambush.

To be honest, Freminet could be either in the Corsairs or the Paladins. Since Freminet is in the Fatui, he follows his own sense of ideals and is willing to do dubious things to the sake of his family such as "clean up" duty. While he will follow the rules, the Fatui and his family will always come first.
At the same time, while all he does is for his family, he ultimately wants to help others. As long as nothing clashes with the Fatui, he will go out of his way to make sure people are happy. A case could be made that it is because of his family that he will do whatever it takes to help others out.
